In the first three months of 2019, the number of cases finished by the courts was invariably higher than the number of cases launched in the courts.

In the regional courts, the number of finished cases exceeded the number of arrived cases by 7.6%, by more than 22,000 in numbers (318,000 finished and 296,000 arrived cases). In litigation, the extra surplus of completion is even higher, 17%.

In the regional courts of appeal the total surplus was 19.2%, while in litigation it was 33.7%.

In total, the regional courts of appeal finished 19.2% more, and in litigation 33.7% more cases than they had received.
