More and more cases are filed under the rules of the new Code of Civil Procedure. While in the first quarter of 2018 only 18,000, in the first three months of 2019 almost twice as many, 35,500 cases have been launched under the new Code of Civil Procedure. Thus, the proportion of cases under the new CCP has risen from 55.3% to nearly 90%.
